Our cuisine stands out because its blend of fresh produce originating from the Bavarian-Swabian region is something we are very proud of: Wild game caught on our own hunts, meat from local butchers, herbs from our garden, fish from our own stretch of the river "Mindel" and much more.
Traditional dishes and exotic cuisine from far-off lands are prepared with equal skill inspired by the passion of our master chef.

Our culinary workshop cooks for you from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00 & from 18:00 to 21:30. Monday is closed.
The Beer lounge...
...is and was the heart of our historic building. Today, just as in former times, people gather round the crackling hearth to enjoy friendly conversation and sample the local beer and regional delicacies from the gourmet kitchen.
Sitting at the traditional tables, you can still sense the historical events that took place here.
The Post room...
... was a place where travellers gathered in times of the royal Bavarian post, stationing their post carriages at the main royal post office in Thannhausen
Today, it is where connoisseurs gather to enjoy fine cuisine!

Where once the ancestors of the family Schreiegg-Goltermann lived, there is today a beautifully restored Biedermeier room. The hotel’s guests enjoy breakfast here, but it is also an ideal room for small celebrations in friendly surroundings.
The pictures on the walls tell the story of the family’s history, who have lived here for generations up to the present day.
